Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) Options

Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) is a system that awards college credit to potential students for training and skills acquired outside the classroom. Colleges and universities have different methods of awarding credit based on each school's academic requirements.

Adult Education provides adult learners with opportunities to acquire basic literacy skills, including English language acquisition; complete high school and transition to college, other training, or work.

OneFlow Education offers several options for students to gain credit through Prior Learning Assessment (PLA).

Workforce Educational Opportunity Center (WFEOC) is a community service program providing postsecondary educational planning information and assistance to adults of a low-income and/or first generation background. All services are free.
